Exclusive: Motorola Razr 60 and Razr 60 Ultra Specs, Pricing Leaked Ahead of Launch

Motorola’s highly anticipated next-generation foldables, the Razr 60 and Razr 60 Ultra, have been thrust into the spotlight just hours before their official debut. A flurry of leaks from trusted sources has revealed critical details about the devices, including pricing, specifications, and performance benchmarks, leaving tech enthusiasts buzzing.

Design and Display Upgrades

According to a recent post by renowned leaker Billbil-Kun on X (formerly Twitter), the Razr 60 Ultra will feature a larger 4.0-inch external cover screen, up from the Razr 40 Ultra’s 3.6-inch panel, while the internal foldable display remains a buttery-smooth 165Hz 6.9-inch pOLED. The standard Razr 60, meanwhile, is expected to retain a smaller 1.5-inch outer screen but with improved brightness and touch responsiveness. Both models will reportedly debut in new finishes, including a vegan leather option for the Ultra.

Under the Hood: Snapdragon Power

French outlet Dealabs corroborated earlier leaks, revealing that the Razr 60 Ultra will pack Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The standard Razr 60 is said to use a mid-tier Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, targeting budget-conscious buyers. Geekbench results spotted by GSMGoTech show the Ultra model scoring a multi-core result of 6,800, outpacing its predecessor by 25%.

Camera and Battery Surprises

The Razr 60 Ultra’s camera setup is rumored to include a 50MP primary sensor with improved low-light capabilities and a 32MP telephoto lens—a first for Motorola’s flip-style foldables. Both models are tipped to feature larger batteries, with the Ultra housing a 4,300mAh cell supporting 45W wired and 15W wireless charging.

Pricing and Availability

Per Dealabs, European pricing will start at €999 for the Razr 60 and €1,299 for the Ultra variant. U.S. prices are expected to mirror last year’s lineup, with the Ultra retailing around $1,099. Motorola has yet to confirm these figures, but pre-orders are likely to open immediately after the announcement.

For those eager to secure a unit, Amazon has already listed a placeholder page (click here) for the Razr 60 series, though it remains inactive as of publication time.

A Foldable Showdown Looms

With Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 6 set for July, Motorola’s aggressive specs and pricing could shake up the clamshell foldable market. Industry analysts suggest the Razr 60 Ultra’s larger cover screen and flagship-tier chipset may finally challenge Samsung’s dominance.

Stay tuned for Motorola’s official unveiling later this week—and prepare for a foldable frenzy.
