Vivo X200 Ultra: Leaked Camera Specs Reveal Cutting-Edge Features

The Vivo X200 Ultra is anticipated to make significant advancements in smartphone photography, according to recent leaks. Notably, the device is expected to feature a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, enhancing its capabilities for detailed long-distance shots.

In addition to the periscope lens, the X200 Ultra is rumored to include dual Sony LYT-818 sensors for its main and ultrawide cameras. These sensors, measuring 1/1.28 inches, are larger than those in previous models, potentially improving light capture and overall image quality.

Interestingly, reports suggest that Vivo may depart from the 1-inch sensor used in earlier models, opting instead for a new 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch sensor for the main camera. While smaller in size, this sensor is expected to deliver performance that surpasses current 1-inch sensors, indicating a focus on advanced sensor technology.

The X200 Ultra is also expected to feature a 6.82-inch 2K 120Hz LTPO display from BOE, offering a micro quad-curved design with narrow bezels. Powering the device will likely be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, ensuring top-tier performance. Additionally, a substantial 6,000mAh battery is anticipated, providing extended usage time.

While an official release date has not been confirmed, the Vivo X200 Ultra is expected to debut in early 2025, following the launch pattern of its predecessor, the X100 Ultra. As with all leaks, these details should be interpreted with caution until official announcements are made.
