Casio has launched the G-SHOCK GBD-300 smart watch under the G-SQUAD series, which can be useful for athletes and fitness enthusiasts by tracking distance, speed, steps and calories during marathons and training sessions.
The body of the new watch is thinner and smaller than the traditional model, and the strap improves comfort, preventing sweat from sticking while providing optimal support.
The sturdy case is also water-resistant to 20 bar and uses two separate bezels to protect the main unit from impacts that would damage a regular watch.
The high-contrast monochrome LCD display displays time, date and alarms in daylight.
Other features include four alarms, a countdown timer, a stopwatch, and 38 world time settings.
Equipped with advanced features, this smart watch can track fitness and measure distance, steps and calories burned, which the Casio watch can store to analyze performance and help athletes track their progress and adjust their training.

Notifications can be set to beep or vibrate. Other features of the G-SHOCK MOVE app include creating training plans, data logging, and GPS distance correction.
The new G-SQUAD GBD-300 Series will be available in July and is available in Black GBD-300-1, White GBD-300-7 and Yellow GBD-300-9.
The new Casio watch measures 48.9mm x 47.4mm x 14.9mm and weighs 60 grams.
The watch runs on a CR2032 lithium battery for two years and is shock resistant.
