Chinese company Hisense has launched its new CanvasTV smart TV, a matte TV that can display artwork and photos on the wall when not in use, among other features that smart TVs offer.
The new TV is similar to the popular Samsung The Frame TV, but the Hisense TV is cheaper and therefore a suitable alternative.
The company offers the TV in two sizes: 55 inches and 65 inches, priced at $1,000 and $1,300, respectively. The TV has an anti-glare 4K QLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and an RGB sensor that adapts to ambient light. Multi-channel surround sound, wooden frame.
The TV can be part of the interior design of homes and offices, as it contains many works of art from different artistic eras, and it can also display all other images added by the user and switch between viewing and displaying the artwork. Press the "Art Mode" button on the remote control to take portraits.
It is also worth noting that the TV has a motion sensor that detects people in the room and automatically turns off if no one is in the room.
Last year, Hisense released the Hisense Art TV R7, which is designed like a traditional panel with a floor stand, but the new CanvasTV can be wall-mounted.
Other companies like LG offer TVs with similar designs, but the Hisense Canvas TV is probably the cheapest and is expected to launch this summer.
