Apple is preparing to launch Vision Pro mixed reality glasses soon to customers in global markets outside the United States.
According to a recent report from Bloomberg, Apple recently began holding training courses and transferring hundreds of employees from its global stores to Cupertino, California, where its official headquarters are located, to train them to provide products to customers.
Bloomberg added that the training lasted four days and began last week, citing people in the company familiar with the matter.
Apple has not announced the markets in which it will launch Vision Pro glasses other than China, but the company is training its employees in countries such as Germany, France, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, which indicates that these countries will be the first to launch them. Launch glasses. The glasses were introduced to the international market for the first time.
Apple is trying to arouse interest in these glasses among customers in different countries, as the price of the glasses starts at $3,500, and there is a shortage of available applications, and the number of non-positive reactions is increasing. The company received it after the products were made available to US customers.
Bloomberg said demand for the glasses has fallen dramatically in the United States, with some Apple Stores selling an average of only two pairs per week and holding demonstrations after initial strong interest. According to the report, some customers had signed up to participate in the special Apple Store glasses but did not participate.
Apple increases demand for glasses through electronic promotions and by asking employees after demonstrations why interested customers do not buy glasses.
Vision Pro glasses are expected to get an additional boost when VisionOS version 2 launches in June next year and will be rolled out in more countries at the same time.
