Adobe has announced the closure of two of its Photoshop apps, Photoshop Mix and Photoshop Fix, on Android.
The company had discontinued both applications on iOS in 2021, but kept them on Android for a long time for unknown reasons.
However, the company has not issued any updates to these two applications on the Android system since 2021, when the iOS system announced the closure of these two applications.
The company began informing users of the Photoshop Mix and Photoshop Fix applications via email notification and on its official website that both applications have been discontinued.
Currently, both apps are not available on the Google Play Store and can only be accessed if they are installed before removal. According to company representatives, both applications will continue to work temporarily until early June next year.
The Blend app lets you combine multiple images easily with multiple options, while the Healing app includes a number of options to quickly adjust images.
After abandoning both applications, Adobe recommends that users switch to Photoshop Express as an alternative because the application offers many options and tools for editing images compared to Photoshop Fix, which is free. There is also a recurring subscription. It is available for additional professional features, but does not include the features and options that Mix supports, forcing users to look for other alternative applications.
