New Scepter Professional Monitor 24", 100Hz, 1ms, HDMI x2, VGA, 100% sRGB, Built-in Speaker, Eye Protection, Black 2024 (E248W-FW100TR)
I just purchased this product and tested the screen for a few minutes. Then, when I looked at the screen, suddenly a red and green dotted line appeared vertically along the screen, even though I had just discharged the device. I've tested the old cable and monitor and they both work fine. So, when I received the monitor, I suspected there was a problem with the monitor hardware. Other than this minor issue, the design and feel are excellent. After several clicks and attempts to find out the problem, the line disappeared as suddenly as it appeared. I don't know if this will be an issue in the future since the dotted lines are temporarily gone for now, but I will update after I screen test and hope it's not a waste.
Update: Screen lines are not showing up yet, screen is working fine. At first, it took me some time to get used to this screen. I've always used flat screens, but after adjusting, I found the curvature of this screen to be easier on the eyes. The only thing that bothers me is that sometimes the video is broken down to a higher resolution, which forces me to adjust the resolution. At a higher resolution of 1040p, this screen can sometimes be split into videos.
