I purchased a 27 inch OLED monitor (with some coupons) and two 1080p KTC eSports monitors at once at a very good price. I don't think I'd spend $700 on it, but at around $550, it's a great value if you're looking for a powerful, high-quality OLED gaming monitor.
The picture quality for gaming and video playback is amazing. When used correctly in this device, OLED technology delivers amazing darks, contrast and brightness. With 240Hz and fast OLED response time, everything runs smoothly. It would be nice to have speakers, a KVM, and a target display. If you're using HDR, you'll need to set HDR Cinema to a warm setting to get the best colors. You can easily adjust the height, tilt, and even portrait mode.
Edge issues with text aren't the worst, but they happen with every OLED device. Don't use OLED for heavy office use. There is no HDMI 2.1 but I don't need it so I'd rather save my money and not buy it.
Overall, it's a great gaming monitor, if you wait a little you'll get a great deal at a much cheaper price than competitors using the same LG panel with similar features (there's a lot going on with this monitor).
