This is the best 8-inch Android tablet ever on the market. For its price, there's not much to compete with as it has a high-quality display and processor and plenty of RAM and storage available, as well as LTE support and expandable storage via micro SSD. Samsung's 8-inch phone can't be compared, nor can Nokia. Now that NFE fully supports content like HD Netflix, you don't need a tablet as much. I hope this tablet inspires other manufacturers to adopt this form factor. The battery life is typically 2 days with moderate use and can charge very quickly. Responsive to touch controls and all buttons. The cameras are nice, but I didn't buy them for photography purposes, so I prefer to wear them over my eyes when necessary. I recommend using the tablet with headphones or external speakers when watching content, as the built-in speakers leave something to be desired. However, it's definitely not bad, Bluetooth works great, and that's how I usually see it. I hope the next version will have two front-facing speakers.
ONCE YOU OWN ONE DEVICE: This Samsung 8 inch tablet screen protector is perfect for that device. The box I received was very thin and came from AliExpress (about $5), which I highly recommend unless you're looking for paper.
I have been using this tablet for about a month and everything continues to work perfectly. It's pretty much an out-of-the-box Android experience and has already received a software update, which bodes well for continued support for the product. It's an eye-catching little tablet that fits perfectly in my hand and is very well balanced. It is easy to hold with one hand and is very durable. I currently use it for off-road commuting, Android Auto connectivity for in-car music, and YouTube/streaming.
