Adobe has announced that the Firefly family of generative AI models is available as a standalone app in Apple's new Vision Pro.
Apple today launched Glasses, a new app designed to leverage eyewear technology to help creative professionals.
Adobe said the AI model, which was launched in March last year, is designed for safe commercial use.
To date, Firefly has generated over 5 billion images worldwide, making it a popular model for creating AI images for safe commercial use.
With experiences designed specifically for VisionOS, users can create artwork and display it on the big screen, bringing them closer to the content to visualize and bring their creative vision to life.
The interface of the new Vision Pro app will be familiar to anyone who has used the web version of the tool.
Users need to enter a text description in the prompt box below and click Create.
This will display four different images that can be dragged from the main app window and placed around the house as virtual posters or prints.
You can also arrange photos in different environments by dragging them from the main app window and placing them on walls, tables, and real places around you.
In the future, Adobe users will also be able to create panoramic images, 360-degree environments, etc.
Content meta information is automatically appended and included in all content created with Firefly in Vision Pro to ensure content and data transparency.
Content credentials are a free and open source technology that serves as a tag for digital content.
Adobe also offers popular photo editing app Lightroom with Vision Pro glasses for an immersive photo editing experience.
The Lightroom experience in Vision Pro is similar to that of the iPad version, with a clean, streamlined interface that's easy to navigate using gestures.
“You can experience the future of photography in a new way, edit images at scale, delve into the details, discover the magic of large-scale panoramas or video storage, and much more,” Adobe said.
Adobe is also offering Fresco and Behance through its Vision Pro mixed reality headset to enable new creative experiences.
