I couldn't find any reviews on this model (it's still fairly new), so I decided to write one. I was thinking of using LG or Samsung, but decided on this model based on reviews of other INNOCN models. Their vision seems to be to focus on what matters and cut costs wherever possible. The result is a 49-inch monitor that costs $300 less than other brands with similar panels and specifications. I agree with this suggestion.
Something missing:
No remote, no shiny back, no fancy LED lights on the back, no fancy built-in speakers (but at least you have speakers) = $300 off. Do you even need all of these things? I don't know. A remote would be nice, but I'll have to make do with that.
the important is:
The screen, oh the screen... it surprised me. I'm more interested in the VA panel than ISP, but it looks great and I like it. The 1800R curve suits me well, although I think I might prefer the 1500R. The brightness is excellent, the colors are great, and the HDR in standard mode is perfect. The resolution is around 109 pixels per inch, which is pretty good, and I didn't notice any color shift at the edges. I split it into 3 screens and it works. This looks like a very high quality board. I'm glad someone thought the 49-inch ultrawide screen was a good idea, because it is. I've been using two 27-inch monitors for a long time, and while the screen area is comparable, there's no comparison in the efficiency of this setup and I want the monitors to be durable enough to last a long time.
The only problem is that my Mac Mini does not wake when it comes out of sleep mode. I have to open it manually every time. Here are the settings that appear on the screen. Disabling the autoplay feature in other settings may solve the problem. If the monitor does not detect a signal from the computer, it will go into sleep mode instead of turning off completely. I use a USB-C cable.
