ApoloSign 32 Inch 1080P Portable Smart Rotating Monitor with Incell Touch Screen, Android OS (Support Google Store), Built-in Battery (4-6 Hours), Full Rotation, Remote Control
The unwrapping was so much fun and made the geek in me feel like Christmas. The device itself works as advertised, but I expect some things to work differently depending on the cost of the device. I will talk about this in more detail in the test report.
Overall, assembling the unit was not difficult. The instructions on the box lid are a great idea. However, sometimes I'm not quite sure what to do without some experimentation. I think this is because there is no space on the trunk lid to store everything.
Once you've got it up and running, you can boot into the classic Android tablet setup and get started. Unfortunately, I see some interesting problems here. To make reading easier, I'll start here with a list of pros and cons.
feature:
- The device is surprisingly easy to move, even on carpets.
- I've seen others say the accuracy isn't great, but given the nature of the device, I think it's at least what you'd expect, if not a little better.
-If you're familiar with Android, settings and menu navigation are a breeze.
- I did not test the battery well, but it charges quickly even when the device is in use.
shortening:
-If you look at the picture you posted, I don't know what the tree is. I should say Friday. In addition, the time here does not change from the 24-hour format even if the settings are changed. In fact, the entire piece is not 100% adjustable or removable.
-You cannot place applications in folders. Why this is impossible is a mystery to me. I've been able to do this on my phone for over a decade.
- As for the home screen, you cannot customize it other than the wallpaper. (Again the main reason why Android is so good)
Tedler:
In general, I recommend this device. Especially when you can get it with a $350 off coupon. I believe that most OS issues are software issues that can be easily resolved with updates. I'm still baffled about the typo that happened on Friday. The testing department at this company probably got fired for this reason, because I wonder what else they're missing.
I hope they continue to address some of the issues mentioned here since the product was only released in August. If the company has read this article, I would be willing to help you test future updates.
