Honor has officially announced the Haylou Watch, a new addition to the company's smartwatch lineup.
It seems that Haylou, which was once an independent brand and part of the Xiaomi ecosystem, has teamed up with Honor to launch this product.
The Haylou Watch uses the Honor Health app, and Honor channels promote this smartwatch, which retails for around $65.
In terms of design, the watch uses a 1.95-inch AMOLED display with a screen-to-body ratio of about 75%.
The display delivers sharp, vivid images with a resolution of 410 x 502 pixels, a 60Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 550 nits, and full coverage of the NTSC color space.
A pixel density of 332 pixels per inch ensures smooth and detailed images, improving the overall wearing experience.
The Haylou Watch excels at monitoring health and fitness features because in addition to sleep tracking, it also offers comprehensive tracking features including heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress monitoring.
Fitness features are also extensive: 120 workout modes and the ability to automatically identify and track activities like walking, running, cycling and more using advanced motion algorithms.
In terms of customization, smartwatches offer more than 100 custom watch faces to suit different styles such as sports, technology, and anime.
The Honor Watch also supports always-on display mode, which allows the watch face to display information even when the screen is turned off.
The smartwatch is compatible with the Honor Sports and Health app, which expands its functionality, supports independent satellite positioning, and is equipped with NFC access card technology.
The watch is also water resistant to a depth of 50 metres, making it suitable for swimming and other water activities.
Haylou Watch provides calling functions such as Bluetooth voice calls and SOS emergency calling functions.
Users can make and receive calls directly from the watch and the battery life is long: The 300 mAh battery provides about 12 days of use under normal conditions.
It only takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge the battery, minimizing downtime.
Haylou Watch offers a range of straps including silicone straps, all of which are compatible with standard 20mm straps.
