The laptop is powerful, smooth and beautiful.
I create digital artwork and edit a lot of videos using the Adobe suite. This laptop can easily switch between the two, which feels incredibly mobile for me. I upgraded from the Surface Book 3, which takes the concepts from that iteration and fixes all the issues. The battery lasted most of the day, I could easily switch between modes, easily type on the keyboard for a few seconds if necessary, and there was absolutely no performance.
Again, if this works for you, great. To me it's worth every penny.
