I bought two and decided to discontinue one after a month of little use. I can't even turn it on...it freezes when I walk on it. I thought I would take a chance and contact the company that sells this product on Amazon. To my surprise, it was really cool. No excuses or accusations that I did anything wrong. They asked me to return it to them and emailed me the shipping label. They have been in contact with me since receiving it and sent it to me within three weeks. Now it works fine and my original profile is still there. On a day of poor service, it's so refreshing to find a company that stands behind the products they sell and does their best to keep their customers happy. I don't need to buy computers very often, but when I do, I definitely buy one. Thanks.
Finally, I need a laptop for travel because I'm primarily a desktop user. I use laptops for work, but haven't owned one in a long time. I bought it based on the price and specs (especially the 16GB RAM). The computer arrived quickly and worked great. It's not as responsive as the 16GB RAM, but it's still very fast. I mostly use online apps and video streaming and it works great. I can't say anything negative about it, especially in the $260 price range.
