Haha, 1 star review from someone who can't connect to WiFi or uses other brands and doesn't know HP. He has a plan! You need to either know how to use it, figure out how to use it, or buy support. I've had this computer for 5 months, and yes, yesterday I couldn't connect to WiFi. I blame this laptop and wonder if I bought the warranty. (I did not do that). I started reading the comments. But then I tried to find out why the WiFi wasn't connecting (via my phone). It took me a while to learn a lot of computer secrets. After successfully connecting to Wi-Fi, I wrote this review. The wifi problem has nothing to do with the laptop. The laptop really helped me solve the problem with the diagnostic software.
This laptop is great! Very fast! Pages load instantly, something I'm not used to in previous laptops. Plenty of space for all my “stuff,” including photos, videos, family trees, professional software, and my husband's folders, documents, and files. I am very glad I bought it and give it 5 stars.
