I use a WAP company that covers most of my home but has some blind spots. A few years ago, the WAP cost $1200 and I didn't want to buy another one to cover my back porch. I saw this and wanted to try it because it should work with "other manufacturers" devices.
Well, I received it and opened it. Small device that can be plugged into a power outlet. Instructions and QR code are included in the box. I scanned the code and followed the instructions on my phone. This thing was up and running in 2 minutes. I had my wife check the speedometer on the back porch to make sure it was working properly. I have to say it's worth the wait for a cheaper device than buying another $1200 WAP device.

The problem is that some of my devices cannot complete the DHCP process to obtain an IP address. I'll try to see if there's a workaround, but until then I'll have to remove a star from the rating.
