I spent about 10 hours trying to troubleshoot this issue because I thought there was a problem with my server, only to discover that using port forwarding disables local access to the server, so you have local access or you can have remote access, but both are not possible. At the same time. This error has been confirmed by them and the address storage is also incorrect, the correct IP address I set was not assigned to my camera but it works on other devices. Fortunately, I can manually configure the camera with a static IP address in the configuration, but this can cause problems for others as well. I will update my review once the issue is resolved. I've been a fan of Netgear for a long time, but this was a big mistake. If it is not fixed soon I will have to return it.
