It's much better than I expected. Firstly, the packaging is very good. This would make a great gift because it was well presented - the box is thick and looks high quality, the product comes in a pre-formed plastic tray and the instructions are in a heavier one page layout. I look forward to these days.
The screen itself makes a strong impression. The foldable stand doesn't feel like it's going to break, nor does it feel like you have to be particularly gentle with it. All the outlets are well supported and I don't have to worry about a short circuit every time I plug or unplug something. The screen brightness is similar to a desktop monitor you bought in a store.
These features are easy to use, automatically recognize input correctly, and feature a pass-through function on the USB-C ports. I was really surprised to have all the features in a device this thin at this price. Additionally, the device's neoprene cover is well stitched and fits like a glove.
Maybe I expect bad things these days and my standards are really low, but I think in this case it was more than just exceeding low expectations. It's a really good little device that works well.
