I love this watch.  The band looks good and comfortable.  It connects easily to the phone and offers a variety of watch faces, many of which I was able to read without glasses.  It accurately tracks my steps during workouts and daily activities.  The action reminder sometimes tells me to act at the right time, but it keeps reminding me at inappropriate times, so this isn't a problem for me.  The alarm clock can wake me up from a deep sleep.  The only criticism is that sleep is not measured well.  I often go to bed and wake up at the wrong time.  Sometimes I wake up at night and take care of my family for 10-45 minutes, but they don't seem to wake up.  I assume other sleep information is also disabled.  It's useful as an activity tracker, but you can go beyond that if you're looking for specific sleep information.
