ESFOE Smart Watch for Women (Answer/Make Calls), Fitness Tracker with 200+ Watch Faces, Waterproof Smartwatch, Compatible with Android iPhone, 1.32 Inch HD Screen, Blood Pressure and Heart Rate Monitor, Gold 2
It's a very good smartwatch/fitness tracker that's well designed, works mostly as expected, and includes the three common displays (heart rate, blood pressure, and SPO2) that are typical of these devices today. However, two of the three displays (HR/BP) aren't quite accurate, or at least not accurate enough to be useful to me, which is a bit disappointing.
It has many of the standard features like most budget smartwatches or other brands, but it also has something that most other smartwatches don't have, which is a metal band as well as a great tool for removing the band's connector pins. Additionally, an extra pair of silicone bands are included in the package in case you find silicone bands more useful than metal bands.
== Note
These so-called smartwatches are actually just fitness trackers with add-ons (like flashlights and calculators, which are often useless) and not real smartwatches/devices. The smart device works independently, without having to install an app to operate it or rely on another device (such as your phone) to operate it.
For example, would you consider your phone a smartphone if it required apps to be installed on your laptop in order to use various features of your phone, or if your phone lost some features when your laptop was offline? Well, I wouldn't, I'd be very disappointed if that were the case, and that's exactly what happens with most so-called smartwatches.

✔ Features
I'm not talking about one or two standards, in fact the standard now covers about a dozen devices, including heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen monitors, among others. Unfortunately, even though it has all three monitors (heart rate/blood pressure/SpO2), which is exactly what I want and need, the heart rate and blood pressure don't seem accurate at all (SpO2 seems very accurate in most cases on Although we know that). For the vast majority of healthy people, this value is usually 98 or 99 percent, which is very concerning after many tests.
It also contains many of the typical sports and/or exercise-related features found in other products. Its round body features a large 1.93-inch display, but that will be pretty standard in 2023, so it's nothing out of the ordinary. I would also like to point out that there are over 100 advertised sports that you can apply for; Otherwise, it is minimal (which is more than most people need under normal circumstances). Additionally, it has 6 built-in watch faces, although this is more than most other watch faces which now have a bit less, it is still pretty typical.
== Battery
Battery capacity is listed as 400mAh, which is pretty good; However, since there's no easy way to verify this, I'll just have to take their word for it, as most of the numbers provided are nowhere near the actual capacity. Regardless of the capacity, all I care about is that it lasts all day (refilling once a day is enough for me).
However, I also don't know about the battery life, but it is a common problem with all rechargeable smartwatches (i.e. the battery drains quickly and unexpectedly). Note that the default screen timeout is 5 seconds, which is too short for me, but it can be increased to 30 seconds (while others can't do this at all, others can do it in 60 seconds), so that's fine. I don't necessarily need 60 seconds, but it's nice to have the option (I set it to 15 seconds).
==Waterproof
By the way, these fitness trackers/smartwatches cannot be submerged in water (salt water or otherwise) for more than a few minutes, even though they are advertised as IP67 or even 5 ATM, which doesn't make sense if you You know what. That is (about 50 meters underwater, but really only due to accidental submersion), otherwise it would most likely die young. (tested, found to outdate many other watches at my price)

Like every other budget smartwatch (or any other “smart” device), it requires an app to function perfectly, which means you owe it to the manufacturer (and anyone else who decides to share it without permission). The owner of the information (i.e. a company in China, in this case equivalent to the government) with your full and complete historical data.
Some people consider some of this information (such as precise GPS location, health information, heart rate, blood pressure, etc.) to be “adult” personal information and therefore private. For the foreseeable future, data mining, analysis, prediction, and ultimately profit and/or some form of control will be crucial to many aspects of our lives. If this interests you, look elsewhere.

value
Overall, this is a decent fitness tracker (with some smartwatch features) and works well if you don't care about any of the above issues, especially since the screen issue (unfortunately only two-thirds of the screen) is fine. Additionally, it has a metal top frame that most others don't have (the bottom one is plastic), and it has metal and silicone straps that most others don't, so that's "definitely in its favour."
It's one of the best fitness trackers/smartwatches in this price range, although I'd really like to see them ditch these private privacy apps in favor of something in the public domain. For the features it offers, overall build quality, ease of use, and performance, the price is very reasonable at $45 (with discounts).
