I need to expand my cloud storage because I don't want to use Google Cloud, iCloud or One Cloud (Office 365), I want something on-premises and easy to set up and get started, not a NAS.

Very easy to set up. A small issue occurred during the initial setup process. I thought it was taking too long and stopped the app. But it seems that he is still in the preparation stage, has not made any progress, and his entire personality seems to be frozen. I mainly use it to store cell phone photos and share them with my family. This was all done very well.
There's a bug or vulnerability in the iOS app - the AI recognizes the same person differently (which is possible and expected), but it doesn't allow you to combine the two into one person and then have the same person appear multiple times. Because it's actually the same person - AI facial recognition can't recognize it.
Overall, for all its capabilities, it's a great device - but I don't think it's safe if you don't want to store data in multiple locations. Because of the following defect.

This is not what we expect from RAID. However, there is no easy way to set up an off-device backup.
I wanted to connect an external drive and back up all the data on the Amber-X, but no, that's not an easy way. We can drag and drop all files/folders, but there is no automatic way to do it daily/weekly.
So I had to return my device and upgrade to Amber Pro which allows external backup. -This has its advantages and disadvantages. But my machine has RAID and 2TB, so I feel more comfortable.
