Microsoft has released a new beta update for Microsoft Paint that allows users to remove background from an image with just one touch.
According to Microsoft's official blog, a new software update is available to Windows Beta users through the Canary and Dev channels.
With the new update, Microsoft provides the ability to easily remove the background of an image, whether from the entire image or from a specific part of it.
The new features do not require the user to have any special skills or previous experience in graphic design.
When you click on the background removal tool, the program analyzes the image and identifies the main elements and the background. Then, without any additional steps, the background is automatically removed and replaced with empty space, while the main elements remain unchanged.
A new feature in the Paint program ensures a high level of accuracy in identifying the main elements of the image. For example, the background of an image of an animal or person can be removed without leaving a trace of the background, even if the background is similar in color and shape to the background of the main subject. .
Microsoft recently added more features to its popular Paint program, including AI-related features like text command-based image creation and the Dall-E model in the Bing Cat robot.
In addition, Microsoft is testing optical character recognition to easily extract and copy text from images, and Microsoft is also working on improving the user interface by supporting night mode in the program.
It should be noted that the program's new features are currently limited to Windows 11 and some may require specific hardware specifications, especially those related to artificial intelligence.
