It seems great to see such a low price for these specifications. After purchasing this device and owning it for about a month, I can say that this simple laptop works well for the most part. It's simple: just surf the Internet and watch videos. This is the trick. I had a slight problem opening more than three YouTube videos. It slowed down the computer for a few seconds, but it was minor. After the second day, I noticed that the blue light was buzzing a little, but this too was minimal for me. The biggest problem I have is the sleep function because it doesn't work sometimes.
After some trial and error to figure this out, I noticed that when I put the laptop to sleep, the blue power light blinks (it turns on and off repeatedly) to indicate that it is in sleep mode. When I returned to the laptop, I noticed that the light would sometimes turn off and wake up again by pressing the power button, but it was difficult to turn it on when the light was still breathing. When I press the power button, the indicator lights up solid blue but no matter what I do, my screen doesn't come up. The only way to recover is to perform a factory reset (hold down the power button for more than 10 seconds). Turning off the laptop is like rough sleeping and I will never be able to wake it up and force a factory reset again. I've probably had to reset my laptop dozens of times now.
I searched online to make sure all the updates were up to date, changed power settings, and changed mouse controls, but nothing solved the problem until I finally contacted Amazon and the seller. The seller asked me to try some settings but it didn't do anything and he suspected a problem with the motherboard.
Fortunately, I will return it within 30 days because Amazon cannot replace it. When I look at reviews for this product, I see that more people have the exact same issue, which makes me wary of buying it again, so be aware of that issue. Overall, this laptop works well, but having to reset it to get it out of shutdown mode is a big mistake. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I'll look at other laptops.
