This laptop replaces a very old Dell Pro laptop that I have been using since 2012. Windows 10 marks the end of legacy hardware and I want Windows 11 Pro to support more users.
You have completed the normal setup process. I blamed it, turned it on and let the setup work itself out. I set up Office 365 (or whatever MS calls it now), set up two email accounts and used it as usual. I have absolutely nothing to criticize about this experience. (I'd like to say I don't like touchpads, but I've never liked touchpads, so an external mouse was quickly installed for my convenience.)

Based on the product listing, I thought the laptop would be somewhat expandable, but that's not the case. I confirmed with BiTECOOL that this was not the case: the parts were soldered. To me, this means that you should consider how much storage space and drive size you need, and then purchase one or more (assuming your needs match the available configurations). When I saw there were screws at the bottom I removed them but found I had to take it with me so I disassembled the case to see inside so I didn't continue.

Graphics performance, computing power, etc. are in the middle of this price range. I find the laptop sound less pleasant, but the BT headphones sound fine. The camera is a low resolution webcam. However, based on the laptop I received, I think most people with basic needs will be happy with this laptop. I would like to note that the market for machines at this price is crowded. So check out your options.
