This cable is a good consumer cable for both indoor and outdoor use. I'm a professional network cabling routing and network installer with 20 years of Ethernet and networking experience, so this test is more for personal use than business use.
Regarding cable quality here is my opinion.
1.) High quality RJ-45 connectors and push tabs are strong enough to hold securely and withstand multiple insertions and removals.
2.) The PVC jacket is of good quality and can take a little wear and tear before it starts to fail. I was able to rub the cable on my bricks and the jacket didn't break, so it's strong enough to take some common home user abuse.
3.) Anatomy of the PVC jacket to see that the cable itself is wrapped in thin aluminum foil. The twisted pair color order is spot on as they have to be twisted themselves for the EMI/RFI blocking to match, but honestly unless you plug the cable directly into the power line, the socket/light is powered, or for some reason you have cable with a large inductive load (like a software home industrial EMI/RFI power on), otherwise it doesn't matter, but the cable is still good if you check EMI Use/RFI high flange socket across the cable, if so, it can meet your needs.
To test the 10Gbps requirement, I connected one end of this cable through a 10GBase-T SFP+ transceiver to an RJ-45 on the main switch in the basement and in the wiring closet upstairs and into the 10GBase-T SFP+ and achieved speeds comparable to the connection. I have 850nm fiber optic transceivers between the basement and the upper floors. The managed switch downstairs and the managed switch upstairs reported a full duplex 10Gbps connection with this cable and I was able to transfer files at 675Mbps from the solid state SAN in the basement to the media center upstairs, which is great RJ -45, using a 10Gbps fiber connection, I was able to send files at 998MB/s, so RJ-45 is slower but it's relatively slow in this case.
For home users who might be using a 1Gbps router/switch this cable is more than enough to handle those speeds and for anyone with newer devices running at 2.5Gbps this cable is perfect for anyone like you over-the-top users Domestic. You'll never get the full speed capability of this cable, and you probably never will because it makes no sense in a house with consumer appliances, but it will last a long time if you want it behind a wall and it will last a long time to replace it (if any).
Overall, this is an easy cable to recommend to a home user or even a small office.
