The dial is relatively large, but I can see the dial well. You can choose from 3 different watch faces. There are analog faces, simple digital faces and advanced digital faces with steps/calories etc. You can select them but they don't show the date, only the date. There is also an option to read text messages, which is nice but useless since my phone is with me all the time. I think it works well when you don't want to take the phone out of your pocket but it doesn't stay on the screen for long. When I'm away from my phone and want to listen to my music (if I'm wearing headphones), I find it helpful to connect to YouTube Music. Workout trackers are also good. It's easy to set up, but there are two major downsides for me, which is why I deduct a star: First, the battery life is really bad. Most smartwatches have at least 7 days of battery life, but this one ran out of battery after 4 1/2 days. Second, if you wear it to bed and you're a little cocky, the face light will turn on. It is very bright and sure to wake up any light sleeper.
