This watch is my first smartwatch and I love it. I wear traditional watches and was hesitant to own a smartwatch due to app integration and privacy issues. So I required this with a setting that the app will migrate over time if it's too intrusive. While it may fail the purpose, I don't want extra things consuming my data and draining my phone's battery because both are more important. But after reading the privacy policy and terms of service, I feel comfortable installing the app and, more importantly, leaving it on said phone. Setup is easy, and the watch has several features that I found relatively accurate when testing devices designed for specific purposes, such as measuring heart rate, oxygen levels, and sleep. The neat gauge is the pressure gauge, which is also accurate. I often don't realize when I press it, but the watch reminds me. Then I can take immediate action to de-stress or take a break (which in itself is another benefit - energy levels in the body).
Another stressful thing is having to pull out my phone every time I need to check something. This watch completely solves that problem and I feel more confident looking at my wrist than stopping to pull my phone out of my pocket without paying attention to my surroundings. I love the customization and choice of watch faces. Overall, many features are included (although I wish I could list them all for review readers and potential carriers). The only thing I think could be improved is the product manual, but even that is more of a minor suggestion than a criticism because the operation of the watch is so easy to understand. If you know how to use your phone, you should have no problem using (and loving) this smartwatch. I don't know why it took so long to finally get it.
