I love EMAY's products because they work fairly accurately and are great tools for personal use and for passing information on to my doctor when needed. The small EKG screen is very useful for monitoring your heart rate at any time. It's easy to use and has a nice little instruction manual with lots of information on how to get the most out of your screen. It's also a great way to send relevant reports to doctors, thanks to the phone and computer interfaces.
However, I would like to point out a few things. I had some difficulties the first time I tried to open it. I followed the instructions in the user manual to press the button but I tried several times to no avail. I thought something was wrong with my device. However, I later read their troubleshooting section and found that they had an answer to my concerns. After that I no longer have a problem. Thanks to EMAY for the complete user guide.
I also recommend extending the power cord a few inches because when plugged into an outlet, the monitor is suspended by the cord rather than resting on a surface. Since it's small, this shouldn't be a problem for most people, but I'm used to slightly longer cords.
I was getting irregular "toe-to-calf" recordings because I wasn't sure where to put them on my leg for an accurate measurement. I've tried many glitches, but none of them are stable. It might be helpful to make it clear where people should put their screens on their laps.
Finally, the user guide is well done but needs some revision. (Forgive me, but I've been a professional technical writer for years, and typos, misspellings, etc. are notable.)
Overall, this ECG monitor from EMAY is a great addition to my health bag and I'm happy to review it for others who may be interested in purchasing one.
