How to revoke a third-party app's access to your Google Account to protect your data

Security should be a top priority in anything related to the Internet.   • Go to Google Drive.
  • Click on the Settings menu icon (gear wheel) in the upper right corner and then click on the Settings option from the drop-down menu.
  • From the menu on the left side of the screen, tap Manage Applications.
  • You'll see a list of apps and extensions that you've given access to Google Drive. Check them and remove old apps and extensions that you no longer use.
  • Click the dropdown icon next to the app you want to remove and select (Unmount from drive).
