Apps and tools to help you sleep better

If you have a condition that prevents you from getting a good night's sleep, such as fibromyalgia, there are tools and apps that can help you sleep better.

Some of these tools and apps offer soothing sound clips to help you relax and sleep well, and others are specifically designed to track sleep and make sure you get enough sleep.

Here are some apps, tools, and devices to help you use it as comfortably as possible:

1- Solar phototherapy equipment:

To sleep better, sleep experts recommend getting 10 to 20 minutes of sunlight each morning. If you can't go outside or the weather is bad, you can use the HappyLight device, which produces 10,000 lux of light, which is the recommended amount for light therapy. If you are using a Windows PC, you can also turn on the night light to protect your eyes.

4- Sleep Tracker apps:

Try using a sleep tracking app to notice changes in your sleep schedule and improve your sleep.
