Applications to track the amount of vitamins you take

Vitamins are among the things your body needs to stay healthy and function properly. Therefore, it is important to ensure that you are getting the right amount to meet your body's daily needs of each vitamin. To help you keep track of your vitamin intake, many applications have been developed for this purpose, the most important of which are listed below:

1- ViCa Vitamin Tracker App:

The ViCa Vitamin Tracker app is specifically designed to track your vitamin and micronutrient intake. When using it, you'll find a "Diary" tab where you can log what you eat each day so the app can break down your nutrient intake and see how many vitamins you're getting. In the Explore tab, you can save your favorite foods and recipes.

If you use ViCa regularly, the app will provide you with weekly and monthly reports on your intake of vitamins and other nutrients. If you subscribe to the paid Pro version, you'll get access to more useful tools like a menu planner, a more detailed nutrition tracker, and more.

ViCa Vitamin Tracker is available for Android users on the Google Play Store for free with an in-app subscription.

2- Vitamin Check app:

Although this app does not track your vitamin intake, it is still great for helping you improve your knowledge of nutrients and the foods that contain them.

When you open the Vitamin Check app, go to the Nutrition Facts tab and click on the name of the vitamin you want more information about. You will receive a report immediately detailing food sources that contain this vitamin, advice on proper dosage and other useful information.

Vitamin Check also has a built-in search function that allows you to search for specific foods, so you can see what different dishes are made from and what they taste like.

Vitamin Check is available for free for Android users in the Google Play Store.

3- Nutrilio app:

The Nutrilio app tracks everything you eat, including vitamins and minerals. For nutritional supplements, you can log your daily intake and get weekly reports on your vitamin intake in the Statistics tab.

After upgrading to the paid version of Nutrilio Plus, you can enjoy additional features, add specific vitamin goals, and receive notifications to remind you to take your vitamins.

The Nutrilio app is free for iPhone users on the App Store and for Android users on the Google Play Store with an in-app subscription.

4- Calorie Counter - MyNetDiary app:

Like Nutrilio, Calorie Counter - MyNetDiary provides vitamin tracking and many other features to help you manage your nutritional goals.

Not only can you get information about different nutrients and view a detailed analysis of your eating habits, but you can also access the My Plan tab and set daily intake limits for key nutrients.

Some features are only available to Premium subscribers, but overall, the app is great for logging your meals and keeping track of vitamins and other nutrients. If you add up everything you eat each day, plus any vitamin supplements, you'll have a report on your nutrient intake.

Calorie Counter - MyNetDiary is available for free on the App Store for iPhone users and for Android users on the Google Play Store with an in-app subscription.

5- MyFitnessPal app:

MyFitnessPal is an app with tons of features to help you live a healthy life such as: nutrition tracker, exercise tracker, meal planner, and more.

When it comes to tracking your vitamin intake, you can see the nutritional content of each dish you choose and add any supplements you take. You can also view the total nutritional value of the foods you eat each day.

To use all the features and tools offered by the app, you need a premium MyFitnessPal account. However, there is a one-month free trial to try out all the features before paying for the subscription.

The MyFitnessPal app is free for iPhone users on the App Store and Android users on the Google Play Store with an in-app subscription.
