Bought a "used item" from an Amazon warehouse. Aside from the slightly wrinkled packaging, the laptop looks like new with no marks on the case or screen. The laptop starts a fresh Windows installation and asks to connect to WiFi and update the software, which takes a while. The screen is beautiful and all the apps work perfectly. The standout feature is the easily upgradeable SSD and NVMe M.2 RAM. There are only 7 screws on the bottom (2 on the back to make it easier to remove the bottom). Several YouTube videos show the distance. I replaced the 512GB SSD with a 2TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus ("Used" also from Amazon warehouse). Before replacing the SSD, I downloaded Samsung's migration software and installed the 2TB drive into a FIDECO NVME USB enclosure (any of dozens of similar ones with different names will work). Samsung's software transfers the entire contents of the internal hard drive (piece by piece) to the Samsung SSD inside the case, so it's an exact copy, albeit with a larger capacity. After replacing the internal SSD with a 2TB SSD, the notebook started up as before. The original drive with all programs can be saved as a backup. I also replaced the two 8GB RAM sticks with 32GB DDR4 3200MHz sticks. Yes, this mini laptop has 2GB of RAM and supports up to 64GB of RAM! This is probably overkill for most users, but it is useful for running some physical and engineering computer programs. Most laptops, even the largest ones, have RAM soldered in, which makes it impossible to upgrade the RAM. In terms of gaming, I haven't tried it yet, but other reviewers have had mixed success with the relatively small amount of RAM for the integrated graphics.
