This supersedes the previous day's written review. I was so impressed with the Tab 7 Pro that I plugged in a USB drive (512GB microSDXC card). The tablet formatted it, then the chip could not be found. This may be an issue with Android 12, not the Blackview tablet. In fact, I'm having trouble getting help through Amazon and the "chat" email on the company's website. However, I emailed Blackview directly and they responded overnight. Many companies will not give you a full refund and there is no need to return the tablet. You did it!
It's very convincing. Blackview is a customer centric company that spares no effort to achieve this. Well done Blackview! The agent who emailed me was willing to help with that as well.
