The Instagram app has a built-in post scheduler that allows you to add posts to the app and set the post time and post date. It will then be published automatically at the time you specified. In addition to being able to manage scheduled posts, they can be changed or deleted at any time.

1- How to schedule posts in the Instagram app:
Business accounts, but not personal accounts, can schedule contributions. If you are not sure if your account is a Pro account, go to the Instagram app settings, then click Options (Account types and tools) and check your account type. From there, you can switch to a Pro account if you want to use a scheduling tool.
Once you make the switch, you can start scheduling posts on Instagram. To do this, follow these steps:
- Set up your Instagram post as usual, add a photo or video, then write a caption and other additions.
- On the post creation page, click on the advanced settings option.
- Select the option (Schedule this post) and then set the time and date.
- Click Finish.
- Click the back arrow in the upper left corner of the screen to return to the Deployment Settings page.
- Post your message as usual and it will appear automatically at the time you specify.
2- How to manage scheduled posts on Instagram:
The Instagram app allows you to schedule up to 25 posts per day, dated up to 75 days in advance. You can easily view and manage your scheduled posts on the Instagram app by following these steps:
- Click your account picture in the lower right corner of your Instagram homepage.
- Click on the three lines button that appears in the upper right corner.
- Select (scheduled content) from the list of options.
- All scheduled messages are displayed and you can view, edit, reschedule or delete them.
