Google has been a leader in AI over the past decade, helping the company launch numerous AI-powered products that are used by billions of people every day.
Google's vision is to make AI more accessible and usable for individuals and businesses of all sizes. For this reason, the company is introducing initiatives to facilitate access to AI generation products, such as: (Vertex AI) platform and Duet AI smart assistant.
Google has also launched the Generative AI Learning Path, which includes 10 different courses designed to help people advance their skills in this growing field.

A recent study found that 7 out of 10 CEOs say their companies are exploring generative AI. Now is the time to build your skills in this field as this technology will be widely used soon.
This learning path takes users through a series of short, curated courses on generative AI products and technologies.
The track is offered through the platform (Google Cloud Skills Boost) and includes the following courses:
- Introduction to Generative AI.
- Introduction to Large Language Models.
- Introduction to Responsible AI.
- Generative AI Fundamentals.
- Introduction to Image Generation.
- Encoder-Decoder Architecture.
- Attention Mechanism.
- Transformer Models and BERT Model.
- Create Image Captioning Models.
- (Generative AI Studio) Introduction to Generative AI Studio.
Courses focus on the difference between AI and machine learning, how big language models work, an introduction to training on Google's cloud-based machine learning platform (Vertex AI), and the ethics of responsible AI development.
Google hopes this journey will serve as a springboard for users to learn more about generative AI and how it fits into the broader set of AI technologies, and to help users advance their career path, whether they are beginners or experienced in the field.
It should be noted that the new program isn't Google's only move to encourage AI adoption. In recent days, Google has updated its cloud-based machine learning platform (Vertex AI), which gives data science teams and developers easier access to the AI models they create — the best known: PaLM 2 and Cody — and use them to develop their apps.
The platform also provides an easy-to-use interface, including: (Generative AI Studio) that can be used without extensive programming experience.
