First time i bought this and it does not sync with my watch which is useless for me because most of the time i get notifications. After it finally synced it didn't send me any notifications so I turned it back on. This is where my bad experience gets interesting. Excellent customer service called me after reading my review to address my concerns, but by then I had already returned the watch. They were more than willing to help and work with me to ensure they could fix issues that would make me want to buy a watch again. Once I received it, they worked with me constantly to make sure they matched and I was notified. When it still didn't work I gave up hope and now I bought this watch again and they offered to walk me through the process of resolving some issues with the app which not only works for me but for everyone who owns it, it was resolved as any customer, I'm OK with that and appreciate being involved in the process. It also shows their amazing level of service and how seriously they treat their customers and how satisfied they are with their products. Within hours, I downloaded the new app, tested everything including syncing with the phone, checked email, SMS, WhatsApp notifications, and finally got it working. The app has been working flawlessly since then and I've had no issues with anything related to this watch. I am very grateful for the service I received. It looks just like the Apple Watch. It has most of the popular Apple Watch features, and can send notifications, track sleep, heart rate, stress levels, and more. It has nice watch faces and best of all the battery easily lasts 4-5 days which is great. The band that comes with it is comfortable. at a reasonable price. I love this watch, especially the customer service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable smartwatch that looks great.
