Review AMAZTIM 50M Waterproof Rugged Military Smart Watch

AMAZTIM Smart Watch, 60-Day Battery Life, 50M Water Resistant, Solid State Military Bluetooth (Answer/Dial Calls), Fitness Tracker, 1.85" HD Display, AI Voice Assistant, 24-Hour Sleep Monitoring During Working Time

I bought this watch for two reasons. I already have a Garmin vivosmart 4 and it's great for monitoring your SpO2 while you sleep (when you get me in the mail), great quality activity tracking, etc. It also has a very nice Android API that quickly displays charts for reading notes, etc. The downside is that the band is very short and doesn't adjust, only lasts 4-5 days, and the health monitor only measures heart rate and SPO2.

So I bought the AMAZTIM to get a longer runtime per charge and to monitor blood pressure like SpO2 and heart rate. And a lot - a lot! The watch is bigger than vivosmart, so I think it could have a better user interface and access to advanced smartwatch features.

I am very disappointed. The only quibble this watch sticks to is the runtime per charge, which can easily exceed a week and approach two weeks. What is not:

a) Check out the faces that look like they are made for underage kids who love cartoon animals. seriously? Doesn't the personal face really use the vast expanse of this large clock for something other than cartoonish, quirky, and sci-fi backgrounds? Shows eg time/date/heart rate/SPO2/steps/blood pressure not shown? There is plenty of space for everything ... However, we just need time to get to Katun Beach.

b) His blood pressure is absolutely useless. I mean 20 to 30 points is useless compared to a blood pressure taken by a nurse or doctor. 20-30 useless socks - I'm a healthy horse, 106/66 measured by the hour. Just don't - it's probably 126/80 - if not more (that's the problem).

c) The heart rate is also inaccurate. I tend to run, but I think I hit 82 after staying quite still for over an hour.

d) The SPO2 value is almost always 99%. I have an oximeter to compare and it reads closer to 96-96% while a Garmin reads 94-95%. I think the Garmin reading was low because when I hold my breath to lower my SPO2 it stays as low as 2%. I'm not sure I can always trust a reading 99 percent. Again, that would be great if it were true, but it would be almost too good to be true.

But the worst was Da Fit. It's not in the same world as the Garmin Connect app. Garmin plots data on a physical graph with time as a physical axis. You can see how your heart rate changes throughout the day as it is constantly tested. SpO2 is not measured regularly - I hope - but it does take four specific points in time during sleep, which can be very useful in determining whether you have sleep apnea, and your spouse (doctor) thinks I do. - But Garmin says no. This means that it is worth it. Cheaper, easier, and I bet it's about as effective as a sleep study, and it runs every night (one of the reasons Garmin dies in five days).

AMAZFIT CAN EXPERIENCE SPO2 UNLESS YOU SAY IT WITH YOUR HANDS - Scroll through four screens, press a button, and wait. No regular automatic sampling at night or in certain windows. It only tests your heart rate when you ask it — well, it measures it all the time, but it doesn't send the data back to the app and shows it over time. BP only displays "last seven" but does not stamp the time or date you took it. The same is true for SPO2 - there were no timestamps at all for the last seven manual measurements, not even a graph in a bar graph.

As you can see, almost every smartwatch records steps, stairs, long walks, and so on. - The exercise is simple, but rarely completely accurate, as it relies more on accelerometer readings than on capturing GPS coordinates. The main health metrics they currently have access to are heart rate (hardly "heart rate"!), SPO2 (very useful when it's overnight), and blood pressure. However, blood pressure doesn't seem to work yet, and EEG-quality heart results are still only available with expensive watches that aren't worth the money unless you can tell how well they handle stress. and time. Real drawing.

I think he's going back to the drawing board. It is difficult to give a clear and unbiased view of what is there. I would like a watch with EEG function but it is very limited at the moment. Such as Accuracy - note the accuracy, within 5 torr - Blood Pressure, SPO2 (within 2%, individual difference in oximeter readings), Heart Rate - all displayed with small to medium accuracy on real graphs - once per minute for example Example, or once every 15 seconds depending on how you look at it. One week per shipment plus run time. Of course there is also physical activity, but it is simple.
