I ordered and received 3 different types of screens from CRUA, so that's 4 different screens in total. Three out of four have manufacturing problems or defects. First screen, all the buttons on the back are misplaced and untidy, also the blue light filter option is missing from the menu. The second screen i received had 2 dead pixels out of the box. After my first screen experience, I gave up on CRUA. 4 months later CRUA called me and said they wanted to do everything they could to make things right. I said if they can give me a discount and get a perfect screen, I'll give them another chance. The third screen I received had a dead pixel. I was going crazy, but Judy from CRUA (apparently just an intern) did her best to make sure I got what I wanted and needed, so I gave it another go. The fourth screen arrived without any defects or problems so far. I hope no one else has to go through this long process to get a perfect screen, but if they do, rest assured that they will do everything they can to bring you a quality product.
