In April, Microsoft rolled out a new update to the Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard app for Android and iOS that gives users access to chatbots (Bing Chat) by letting you use the keyboard to look up answers to questions without changing apps or retyping text styles.

To get started, you must first install the keyboard app (Microsoft SwiftKey) from the App Store. Once the installation process is complete, you can follow these steps:
- Open the application (Microsoft SwiftKey) and press the start button that appears on the screen.
- On the next screen, you will be asked to sign in using one of the available options. Here you need to sign in with your Microsoft account to access the Bing Chat bot on your keyboard.
- Click the "Next" button.
- After signing in with a Microsoft account, enter Settings on the iPhone or tap the option (Take Me There) on the SwiftKey activation interface to enter Settings directly.
- In iPhone Settings, scroll down to the (SwiftKey) option and tap on it.
- Click Keyboard Options and then click the toggle button next to enable the SwiftKey option.
- Enable the Allow Full Control option by clicking the toggle button next to it and when prompted, click the Allow button.
- The keyboard will appear, press and hold the icon (globe) in the lower left corner of the keyboard; Then select SwiftKey as the default iPhone keyboard.
- Once you complete these steps, the Bing bot icon will appear in the upper left corner of your keyboard.

To access the chatbot (Bing Chat), tap the Bing icon that appears next to the emoji in the upper left corner of the keyboard. Above the keyboard, you'll see three options:
- Search: This is the default option that allows you to quickly search the web from your keyboard without opening Edge. You can perform text and image searches by toggling between the magnifying glass and the bottom image icon.
- Chat: This option allows you to ask any question or request to the bot using the keyboard just as you would when using the bot in the Edge browser. You can select chat mode and then use the microphone to type or submit your request. You can also copy any reply from the conversation and use it wherever you want. To repeat the answer, tap the double rectangle icon to repeat the answer.
- Mood Style: Allows you to rework your text in different styles to suit any situation. You can use this option when writing a formal email or learning a new language, and if you're happy with the style, tap Accept to paste it automatically, or copy and paste it into another app on Google Play.
