Today, Wednesday, Realme launched the new Realme C55 smartphone, which is similar to Apple's dynamic island function.
With the small capsule (Realme C55), Apple's dynamic island feature around the front camera appears to be the company's first phone to support this function.
The capsule-looking "mini capsule" feature shows alerts for low battery, phone load, and data usage. It also displays the number of rows and the daily walking distance. Note that mobile data usage and steps will be shown later via software update.
(Realme C55) also differs from the rest of the phones in the (c) series, as it offers fast charging technology (Super VOOC) with a capacity of 33 watts. This is an upgrade compared to the Realme C35, which only supports 18W.
In terms of other specifications, (Realme C55) is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G88 octa-core processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, and it is expandable via external memory cards (MICRO SD) from 1 to 12GB.
The phone works with the Realme UI 4.0 user interface based on the Android 13 operating system and offers a 6.72-inch screen with FullHD + notor technology, a frequency of 90 Hz, and a brightness of 680 lumens. However, there is no fingerprint sensor under the screen, instead the power button is on the side.
In terms of cameras, (Realme C55) offers an 8-megapixel front camera, a 64-megapixel main rear camera, in addition to a depth camera.
Other specifications include a USB-C port, headphones, NFC and Dirac audio modulation technology.
The phone (Realme C55) has been reported to come in black and a degraded yellow color option. 6 GB / 128 GB. It is available in Indonesia from today Wednesday. It will be launched soon in Europe.
