The company said that Bing's new appeal lies in combining search, answers, and chat into a single experience, and Microsoft said that improved search results through artificial intelligence have led to daily user growth, adding that Bing's search quality is currently improving the best in the best case.
Noting the success of the search and chat integration, the company, which added the ChatGPT chat feature to its search engine, said that a third of users in the new version of Bing use chat daily, with about three conversations per search session.
