The co-founder of Koo, a social networking app that aims to compete with Twitter, told Reuters that it has integrated OpenAI's chatbot to help users easily create posts.
Notably, ChatGPT (ChatGPT) is an AI-based chatbot with the ability to communicate in a human way that has become a hot topic since its launch late last year. .
Co-founder Maynek Pedwatka said users can use ChatGBT directly in the app to help them write posts about news, politics or pop culture.
He added, “It will help content creators get inspired to create content. They can ask (GBT chat) what is hot in their field and then write their thoughts.”
Bidwatka said that (KB) will be the first platform that uses Open AI technology to enable users to write messages. Users can request assistance from GBT chat via written or voice commands.
He added that around 20% of Koo users are actively creating content in the app, and ChatGPT integration could help increase that number.
The feature will roll out first to trusted KO accounts and eventually to all users.
In a Reuters demo, the tool generated a post quoting Albert Einstein and including three relevant hashtags.
Kuo will also investigate adding tags to indicate that posts were made using ChatGPT. "I think people have a right to know that the content was generated by artificial intelligence," Pedowatka said.
