It may not be enough to save screenshots (screenshots) on your phone, which you will explain to others. Therefore, recording a video of your screen would be the best option, which is a feature built into newer Android phones, rather than using a third-party app.
You can use the screen recording feature to record almost anything on your phone screen and you can use the front camera to show yourself while recording a video. For example, if you're walking a person through a series of steps, it's often easier to take a video of what's happening on the screen than it is to take screenshots of each step.
Screen recording feature is available on Samsung Galaxy devices with One UI 2 or higher.
How to record screen videos on Samsung phone:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers to bring up the quick settings panel.
- Click the Screen Recorder button.
- After clicking the (Screen Recorder) button, a screen will appear with three options for adjusting the sound settings when recording a video, namely: (No sound), (Media sound) and (Media sound and microphone) Your media sound and microphone, is this option useful If you want to talk while recording. You can also show clicks and keystrokes by enabling the "Show clicks and keystrokes" option at the bottom of the recorder's settings screen so everyone can better see the clicks on the screen.
- After selecting the appropriate sound setting, click on the (start recording) option, a 3-second countdown will appear on the screen, and then the recording will start.
- Once the recording has started, the Screen Recorder panel will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.
- You can write or draw with the pen icon while recording, tap on it and choose the color you want, then write on the screen with your finger or the S Pen.
- To use the front camera to introduce yourself in a video, tap the person icon, the front camera will open and a small window will appear in the upper left corner that records everything you do.
- Two buttons on the right side of the screen recorder panel allow you to pause or stop the recording.
- After the recording is completed, you can access the recorded video in the phone gallery under the screen recording folder. You can edit and share it like any other video file.
If you can't find the (Screen Recorder) button in the Quick Settings panel, here's how to add it to the panel:
- In the quick settings panel, swipe left and tap the (plus) button.
- Locate Screen Recorder in the Available buttons section and hold the Screen Recorder button to move.
- Drag and drop the Screen Recorder button to the quick settings panel, then tap the Done option at the bottom of the screen.
You can also adjust screen recorder settings through phone settings, eg b: size, video quality, etc.:
- Go to your phone settings (settings).
- Click on the advanced features option.
- Click on the option (Screenshot and Screen Recorder) and the settings menu will appear. You can control each option according to your needs as you can choose the video resolution to 1080p and record (media audio) for the Media Sounds option, you can also adjust the size of the on-screen image when using the front-end camera.
