Apple officially announced, on Tuesday, the launch of the two new yellow phones (iPhone 14) and (iPhone 14 Plus), which will be available in six colors.
Both phones are available in yellow and are adding more color options to the range this spring, the US tech giant said in a blog post.
And unlike last year, the new colors will not be available for the (Pro) and (Pro Max) models of (iPhone 14) phones.
Yellow is a color outside the range of existing colors, namely: black, blue, purple, white and red.
It should be noted that the last time Apple launched a yellow phone was in 2019 with the iPhone 11, after the yellow iPhone XR in 2018.
Along with the new yellow iPhone, Apple also announced a new spring-ready color for the Apple Watch band and silicone iPhone case.
Apple Watch bands are available in green, yellow, olive, and purple, and woven straps are available in purple, orange, and olive. The colors of the new silicone case are: yellow, olive, sky blue, and purple.
It should be noted that Apple has been releasing new iPhone colors every spring for many years. Last spring, I launched the “Alpine Green” color for my mobile phones (iPhone 13) and (iPhone 13 Pro), and in the spring of 2021, the company launched my purple phones (iPhone 12) and (iPhone 12) on the market (bring minutes).
Aside from the colors, Apple didn't unveil any changes to its phones today, which it hopes will help boost iPhone sales after the usual post-holiday slump.
Apple launched its (iPhone 14) phones last September, with the (iPhone 14 Pro) and (iPhone 14 Pro Max) models being the company's first devices to feature Dynamic Island technology. Since then, Apple has updated several features for these phones, such as a satellite communications feature that can call emergency services for help when there is no cellular coverage.
This phone and my phone (iPhone 14) and (iPhone 14 Plus) are available for order in yellow starting next Friday and will ship starting Tuesday, March 14th.
