The Chinese company, the MI Watch S1 Pro, will be an update to its previous watch, the S1. The new watches feature larger screens and a longer lifespan, among many other new features. The company announced the watch during the Mobile World Congress at MWC 2023 in Barcelona.
This model increases the screen size by 1.3 inches to 1.47 inches. AMOLED technology has a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels and a density of 326ppi. The screen brightness can reach 600 nits and it is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire glass layer.
Watch S1 Pro can be used with Android and iOS smartphones and supports wireless electronic payments via NFC technology. A microphone and a helmet can be used to make wireless calls with it.
The case of the S1 Pro watch is made of stainless steel, which is water resistant to a depth of 5 meters, which makes it suitable for swimming, not diving. Below you will find the current sports activity of more than 100 different activities, including the heart rate sensor, the speed and the distance that you exercise.
The watch can also be used to monitor sleep and has a 500mAh battery that lasts 14 days on a charge and 2 days on a 10-minute charge. It can also be used for wireless payments via an NFC chip, has Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and offers CD-ROM audio support.
The Watch S1 Pro has multiple sensors that can monitor and track physical activity and health, including a heart rate sensor, blood oxygen saturation sensor, and sensors for measuring temperature and barometric pressure.
The Mi Watch S1 Pro smart watch extends to 14 days, supports fast charging with Quick Charge 3.0 technology, and can be charged in 85 minutes via a wireless charging station.
The smart watch is available in two colors, the first is silver with a brown strap and the second is black with a rubber strap, at a price of 299.99 euros.
