| Samsung officially announces its most powerful phone Galaxy S23 Ultra |
Samsung officially announced today (Wednesday) at the (Galaxy Unpacked) event that the most powerful smartphone in the new Galaxy S23 series, which is: (Galaxy S23 Ultra), has a number of advanced specifications.
Similar to its predecessor (Galaxy S22 Ultra), (Galaxy S23 Ultra) offers the best Samsung specifications, such as: a 200-megapixel rear camera and an electronic pen (S Pen).
The phone offers a 6.8-inch screen (Dynamic AMOELD 2X) with a higher resolution than its two brothers (Galaxy S23) and (Galaxy S23 Plus): 3088 x 1440 pixels, maximum brightness of 1750 lumens, and a frequency of 120 Hz.
As with the other two series of phones, the screen and the back of the phone are protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and it also features an aluminum frame. It supports IP68 water and dust resistant standards and can withstand 30 minutes underwater at a depth of 1.5 meters.
(Galaxy S23 Ultra) is equipped with the latest generation of Qualcomm chipsets (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2) with a resolution of 4 nanometers, eight cores, a maximum frequency of 3.2 GHz, and an Adreno 740 GPU.
The phone is available in 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of internal storage.
Programmatically, the (Galaxy S23 Ultra) runs Android 13 operating system from Google and the latest version of the user interface from Samsung (One UI 5.1), which brings many new features.
On the back of the phone is the main camera of 200 megapixels with an f / 1.7 lens slot, and the second and third cameras with a resolution of 10 megapixels each and are intended for imaging depth through optical lenses. 3x or 10x magnification, plus 100x electronic ultra-wide zoom. The fourth camera has a resolution of 12 megapixels and an f / 2.2 lens for ultra wide angle shooting of 120 degrees.
The rear camera can record video (8K) at 30fps and 720p at 960fps.
The front camera, located in the hole at the top of the screen, has a resolution of 12 megapixels and an f / 2.2 lens, capable of (Auto-HDR) and (HDR10 +) (4K) video recording, with a resolution of 60 frames per second.
(Galaxy S23 Ultra) supports the latest communication technologies such as: Bluetooth 5.3, (Wi-Fi 6e) and (NFC). It also has an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the display.
The phone has a built-in 5000mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging, 10W wireless charging, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging.
Samsung intends to launch the phone in four colors: black, green, purple and white. Four additional Web-exclusive colors are available to order starting today, starting at $1,199.
