I had to eat soft foods and liquids for 5 weeks. There is only one attachment for the entire machine rather than the usual shuffling of attachments and attachments. It does one thing and it does it well. I use it to puree moist foods like stews and thick vegetables. This powerful tool is perfect for preparing food in a skillet without having to use and clean your Vitamix blender or Cuisinart stand mixer. 5 speeds from gentle mixing to intense slurry. Grinding raw almonds results in a coarse paste and is not the preferred nut butter.
I love wifi! ! The supercharger serves as a support for the working surface of the engine. The attachment is long enough to be used comfortably in an 8-quart (deep) pressure cooker. The only improvement I would suggest is an indicator mark on the crankshaft to determine the maximum depth of slump (2/3 of the shaft, 5.36 in., ~13.5 cm). Cleaning is easy if you put the blender in a cup of soapy water before the food begins to dry. There were a few times I had to clean the scabbard with a soft brush, of course the accessory is separate. The simple controls and safety switches are easy to use and comfortable for both left and right hands. There is a lot of strength. I never get tired of preparing meals. Expensive but worth every penny.
