HMD Global has announced the launch of its new smartphone (Nokia C02), the Nokia C02, which is powered by a stripped-down version of the Android 12 Go Edition operating system, which targets people with limited incomes.

The Finnish company's new phone, which is said to be designed with increased shock resistance for daily use, is the successor to the Nokia C01 Plus (Nokia C01 Plus), which will be released at the end of June 2021.

It offers (Nokia C02) a thickness of 10 mm, a weight of 191 grams, a screen size of 5.45 inches, a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, and an aspect ratio of 16: 9.

The phone has an unspecified 1.4GHz quad core processor. It also has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable up to 256GB via an external memory card (microSD).

(Nokia C02) offers two cameras: a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera, which are installed in the frame of the screen, like the old phones.

The new phone from HMD Global supports Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi b / g / n wireless technology and is equipped with a traditional headphone jack.

And (Nokia C02) carries a removable 3000 mAh battery that needs only 5 watts to charge it. To make the phone durable, the company made its body out of polycarbonate, which is dust and splash resistant according to the IP52 standard.

The company promises quarterly security updates for two years, and there is no information on OS updates.

This phone and phone (Nokia C02) are sold in blue and gray. Although the company did not disclose its price, it should not cost more than $100.
