With the Weston French Frie and Vegetable Cutter, you can make fresh, restaurant-quality sweet potatoes and home-made French fries in seconds.
It features ultra-sharp 3/8" and 1/2" stainless steel blades and a pressure trigger to chop into smaller or larger pieces of food. The 3/8-inch size is perfect for French fries. Unlike many slicers that require firm pressure to chop tough vegetables like carrots, our unique slicer design makes the job easier. Simply press the locking knob and slide food across the blades at 3/8-inch or 1/2-inch intervals.
